Hotel information | We recommend the Courtyard by Marriott by the Pasco airport. It's literally walking distance from the airport and only two miles from Pasco High School. Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee enough reservations to get a group rate.

Membership will continue to stay open through December 15th.

Important Information for Fall Conference

Your registration for the Fall Conference includes Membership.

High School Coach Ticket Options:

Primary Membership + Conference $160
Associate Membership + Conference $140

Middle Level Coach Ticket Options: Use the code MLPRIMARY or MLASSOC to receive the appropriate discount off of the High School fees. You must select ENTER PROMOTIONAL CODE before you select your ticket type. This option appears at the top right of the pop up window when you click the green "Tickets" button above.

Washington State Coaches Association Discount: You must register with WSCA before registering for WSDDCA to receive your $15 discount code. Discounts cannot be refunded after the fact. Register for WSCA membership here and forward your confirmation email to wsddca@gmail.com to receive your discount code. You must select ENTER PROMOTIONAL CODE before you select your ticket type. This option appears at the top right of the pop up window when you click the green "Tickets" button above.

Primary Members are individuals who are certified by a school district to coach and instruct dance/drill teams. Only one primary membership is needed for each school. Associate members are assistant coaches and other individuals who want to be a part of WSDDCA.

If someone at your school will be completing your registration for you, please provide them with this information.

If you are eligible for a Service Award this season (5 year, 10 year, 15 year, 20 year)

Your team social media account name so we can follow you

Awards will be ordered for those coaches who indicate such on their registration forms prior to September 29.

Lunch Order link will be emailed to Fall Conference attendees closer to the date of the conference.

Purchase Orders If you are using a school purchase order, please select "Pay with Check" under payment options. Print out your paper ticket to submit to your school as an invoice.

Late Fee A $25 late fee will be added after September 29, so please register early!

Cancellations 50% of the conference cost ($40, minus fees) can be issued to those who cancel by September 29. Refunds will not be issued after September 29. If you cannot attend the conference, you will be responsible for paying the full conference fee if you cancel after September 29.
