Ticket Options: Your registration for the Fall Conference includes WSDDCA Membership.

• Primary Membership + Conference $165

• Associate Membership + Conference $145

Primary Members are individuals who are certified by a school district to coach and instruct dance/drill teams. Only one primary membership is needed for each school. Associate members are assistant coaches and other individuals who want to be a part of WSDDCA.

If you will require multiple Promo Codes please contact wsddcatreasurer@gmail.com prior to registering. We will need to issue a custom code.

If someone at your school will be completing your registration for you, please provide them with this information.

• Correct spelling of your name

• Email you use for coaching

• Cell phone number

• WIAA District (not league) click here to look up your district

• Your position: head coach, assistant coach, or other

• Years coaching (this year counts as 1)

• If you are eligible for a Service Award this season (5 year, 10 year, 15 year, 20 year)

• If you have been awarded Coach of the Year or have been inducted into the Hall of Fame

• Email that you use for Facebook so we can invite you to our private coach group (this email will not be used for any other purposes)

• Team social media account

• You must agree to marketing during checkout in order to be added to our email distribution list as it is automated based on this marker.

 

Washington State Coaches Association Discount: You must register with WSCA before registering for WSDDCA to receive your $15 discount code. Discounts cannot be refunded after the fact. Register for WSCA membership here and forward your confirmation email to wsddca@gmail.com to receive your discount code. You must select ENTER PROMOTIONAL CODE before you select your ticket type. This option appears at the top right of the pop up window when you click the green "Tickets" button above.

 

Purchase Orders: If you are using a school purchase order, please select "Pay with Check" under payment options. Print out your paper ticket to submit to your school as an invoice.

 

Late Fee: A $25 late fee will be added after September 5th, so please register early! Cancellations 50% of the conference cost ($40, minus fees) can be issued to those who cancel by September 5th. Refunds will not be issued after September 5th. If you cannot attend the conference, you will be responsible for paying the full conference fee if you cancel after September 5th.
